We store your sign-in provider identifier, email address when provided, name, subscription status and usage counters to authenticate you, manage access and prevent misuse. Apple or Google verify their respective sign-ins. Email sign-in links are delivered by Resend.
Your tasks, projects and planning preferences are stored on your device. Calendar access requires your permission. Daytulo reads the calendars you select and writes events when you use its calendar features. You can revoke calendar permission in iOS Settings.
When you request smart estimates or import review, relevant task and project descriptions and planning context are sent through our Convex backend to TypeSafe for processing. Only use these features with information you are comfortable submitting. Imported Todoist data is accessed with your authorisation. You can review an import before adding it to your plan. Short-lived review progress, result identifiers and aggregate usage counters support safe retries and usage limits; task descriptions are not written to diagnostic logs.
Apple handles payment. RevenueCat validates purchases and manages subscription entitlements using an opaque Daytulo account identifier. We do not receive your card details.
Account records are kept while your account exists. You can delete your account from account settings, including the paywall account menu. This removes Daytulo account and usage records and the signed-in account’s local plan and setup drafts on this device. Copies you saved or shared elsewhere and events in your calendar accounts are unaffected. Apple sign-in access is revoked during deletion. Payment records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat for billing and legal purposes. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
You can refuse calendar access, disconnect integrations, delete local tasks, or request access, correction or deletion of account data. We do not sell your personal information.
